Initially, I was disappointed when I was told that a mechanic would look at my car on Monday, and then when I called late on Monday afternoon, no mechanic had looked at it, or would be able to that day, and no one had called me to tell me that.However, I was very pleased when I did get a call later on Monday from a mechanic who had looked at the car. Later, I was also very pleased that the repairs were completed on Tuesday, rather than Thursday (which was the orginal estimated day of completion). I've only driven the car once since I picked it up, so I can't really say yet whether I'm happy with the work, but so far the problem seems to have been solved.
This car was an unexpected weekend tow in and a vehicle we had never seen or serviced prior. In these situations we make every attempt to deal with the issues as quickly as possible. We always have a full schedule of daily appointments that take priority. We stated that we would "try" to get a look at it that day if time allowed. We were fortunate to be ahead of schedule by days end and were able to determine the problem. I am glad you are satisfied with the repair.
