All of the staff are very knoweledgable and answer the questions we put to them and if not they made it a point to find out. Also, Volt is on site to help. Each of them are kind, thoughtful and very,very helpful. We are always pleased with results. George is happy that he heard Volt's on the radio when he was in Garderner. We wish to thank the whole team for all the excellent work that they do. Volt, your new digs are the Best.

The issues I brought the car in for have been fixed. Took Autowerkes only 1 time to fix vs the 3 other visits I paid for another mechanic who couldnt. My suggestion would be not to create a bill for a first timer to your shop that would give any average soul a heart attack! Start with what was requested, on seperate bill what is needed and then develop plan. I was impressed with Ryan's ability to de-escalate a situation that I was not quite understanding and he really took his time to make sure I did. The downside to my experience was I felt pressure initially to fix things that just hadn't broken yet on my car. I would do business again but would be sure to call Ryan directly. As a woman it is very easy to be taken for a "ride" when it comes to automobiles and as any BMW owner knows BMW themselves are going to take you for a ride whether you like it or not. My X6 gained 55hp and 100 lbs of torque in 1 hour at Autowerkes. My father was Voits' first customer. I've known Voit since I was 10(ish) years old. He's an honest guy with a love for BMW's. Voit and his team will treat you right. Don't waste your time anywhere else.
