First experience at Autowerkes. Had some confusion involving the initial estimated cost of service that was resolved. The work was completed in a timely fashion and a clean reliable loaner car was provided for my overnight use. A second estimate for suggested work via observations made during this service was provided. Overall, I was pleased and will return to Autowerkes for future needs.
