I had just had outpatient surgery in the morning and my husband was driving me home. We weren't far from Autowerkes when the malfunction light began flashing and we had engine vibration. When we got to Autowerkes they took the car in almost immediately and told us the most likely problem was a faulty ignition coil. I was in no fit state to remember that that part had been replaced by Autowerkes a few months earlier. But they told me, and said the replacement part would be under warranty and they would do the repair free. They gave us a loaner car and we had my car back the next dayI was very happy that I switched to using Autowerkes last year, but after this experience I'm even happier. My husband hadn't previously had any experience with Autowerkes, and he told me how impressed he was with their professionalism, attention to detail and kindness. I also like it that Autowerkes has some female employees. Auto shop employees can sometimes be condescending) to female customers, but nothing like that has ever happened to me at Autowerkes. They give you complete information, answer all your questions and, when appropriate, will take you to your car in the repair bay and show you what's going on.I highly recommend Autowerkes to anybody with an Audi, BMW, Volvo, Volkswagen, Mini Cooper or any other car they service.
