Owner is very "hands-on" which creates a great customer relationship and a strong finish vs goals. Facilities are imaculate and project a very professional atmosphere. .Emp;oyees are knowledgeable and alert and involved in the outcome. Great attention to detail results in very positive outcomes.

Fast and I like that communication was done via email and phone. I didn't have to keep calling to check status.

It was a good experience, as usual. Jessica was pleasant and helpful. I was surprised that I was not offered a loaner as I have been on previous times. I was asked if I was going to have someone pick me up or if I would want to wait. I had already decided that I would wait, but there are times when I would need a loaner.

Service consisted of a state inspection and oil/filter change. Scheduling was easy and convenient and the work was done quickly.

This was my first time having my BMW serviced at Autowerkes and I couldn't be happier. Very personable service, nice loaner car and fair price for the work I needed done. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.
